Apartment Building Heimeli — A Building Project with an Eye for Detail
Oberdorf/Stans | Nidwalden
With the Heimeli apartment building project, modern living space is being created in Oberdorf/Stans NW, with quality, care and a high design standard at its core. The apartment building comprises a total of seven condominium units and blends harmoniously into its existing surroundings.
Even a glance at the construction site makes clear how many different trades are working hand in hand. Close coordination and precise scheduling ensure that the individual work steps mesh optimally and construction progress continues steadily.

The architectural and technical details that give the project its character particularly stand out. The dormer with an integrated photovoltaic system combines modern technology with sustainable thinking.

A special highlight is the exposed concrete with a rough sawn-board texture. This serves not only as a design element but also carries a special story.
In this area, works by the late artist José de Nève are being integrated. His already-painted panels were carefully preserved before the existing building was demolished, so that they could find their place again in the new building project. This creates a connection between past and present.

The façade also impresses with its high-quality execution. The roughcast plaster was given beige accents, creating a lively play of color that varies depending on the light.
It is precisely in these details that the care taken in the execution becomes visible. At the same time, it shows how closely the work on the construction site is connected with the planning and organization behind the scenes.
In just a few months, all apartments will already be occupied — a moment in which planning, coordination and craftsmanship come together to create a new home.
