Strengthening Our Team — Junior Site Manager
Duss Baumanagement AG is looking for a Junior Site Manager (workload: 80–100%) to strengthen our team.
Where your energy will go:
In this varied and responsible role, you will accompany our building projects from planning through to completion and help realize high-quality buildings. Thanks to your hands-on trade knowledge, you will ensure clean, professional execution on site and keep an eye on several projects at once. You will act as the coordinator between the client, tradespeople and project management.
Areas of responsibility:
Supporting tendering, planning, coordination and supervision
On-site point of contact for tradespeople, suppliers and the client
Monitoring schedule compliance and quality control on construction sites
Assisting with the final building inspection and defect recording
Administrative tasks and reviewing site reports
Requirements:
A basic trade qualification (mason, carpenter, joiner or similar), ideally with further training in site management, or willingness to pursue such training. Strong coordination skills, quick comprehension, open communication and the ability to work independently are essential.
