At our long-standing place of business, where countless concept ideas were born, a new building is now being constructed itself, with 7 high-quality rental apartments.

A key challenge of the architectural competition was to give maximum consideration to both the southern sun exposure and the northern lake view.

The winning project by Mordasini Architekten, Lucerne, achieved an excellent balance of the two through extremely well-thought-out floor plans and rounded design language.

The building application is planned for autumn 2024, and we expect to move into our new place of business from summer 2025.
